Hannah Born and Joseph Reber, both of Newton, together with their parents, announce their engagement.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Brad and Diane Born of Newton. She is the granddaughter of Delmar and Phyllis Kinser of Newton, and Bertha Born and the late Floyd Born of Newton. Her fiance is the son of Steve and Kristen Reber of Newton. He is the grandson of George Stewart and the late Donna Stewart of Lawrence, and Elizabeth Reber and the late James Reber of Newton. The couple plans to marry Jan. 2, 2010, at Shalom Mennonite Church in Newton.
