The Harvey County Association of Retired School Personnel will award a $500 scholarship for the fall semester of 2010 to a qualifying Harvey County junior or senior college student in the field of education.
The applicant must have a 3.0 grade-point average, financial need, and be involved in school and community activities.
The application deadline is no later than an April 23 postmark.
The scholarship will be awarded in May to be in place prior to the fall school semester.
