The two-fold product affords customers a choice. They can use their smart phones to access www.thecsb.com or choose to send a text message to receive their banking information. With Mobile Banking via the smart phone, online banking can be accessed in a phone formatted screen to check account balances, make account to account transfers, and pay bills.
If the customer does not have Internet capabilities on their phone, they can use CSB Text Message Banking as an alternative. Customers can send commands with a simple text such as “BAL” to 454545 and request their account balance. To sign up for CSB Text Message Banking, customers must be a registered user of www.thecsb.com Internet banking. Once logged into Internet banking, the customers will click on the notifications link to register for CSB Text Message Banking.
