NEWTON —

The Midland National Bank Board of Directors has elected J. Daniel Suderman and Paul M. Suderman to its board at the annual meeting on March 19.

Daniel Suderman is a graduate of Newton High School and has a bachelor of arts degree in business communications from The University of Kansas. He owns Free State Rentals, LLC, a real estate property service company with interests in Colorado, Florida and Missouri, and is a licensed Realtor with McGrew Real Estate of Lawrence.

Formerly, Suderman resided in Redondo Beach, Calif., and worked as a Realtor and licensed Real Estate appraiser. He lives in Lawrence with his wife, Suzanne, and has a son, Kendall.

Paul Suderman is a graduate of Newton High School and Wichita State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He is a vice president of Midland National Bank and serves on the bank asset/liability committee. In addition, Suderman serves on the Northview board of directors and is a member of its executive committee, the Harvey County Coalition for a Drug Free Youth Board of Directors, the Newton Area Chamber of Commerce Central Business District Design Committee, and is a graduate of the Chamber’s 2005 Leadership Advancement class.

He resides in Newton with his wife, Stephanie, and their twins, Tatum and Tyler.

The appointment of Daniel Suderman and Paul Suderman to the board of directors, now gives Midland National Bank eleven members, including: Richard L. Alumbaugh, David C. Burns, Mary B. Carman, Milton A. Claassen, Darrell D. Conrade, Jay S. Holstine, Lee R. Rodgers, James H. Suderman, John R. Suderman and Ronald R. Lang.
