Rod and Andrea Pauls of Albuquerque, N.M., welcome the birth of their daughter, Mattea Charis Pauls, who was born at 4:46 a.m. MST June 6, 2009, weighing 8 pounds, 10 ounces and measuring 22 inches long.
She is their first child.
Proud grandparents are Melvin and Nancy Pauls of Newton, and Roy and Marian Carson of Chandler, Ariz.
