Frey to be honored for 90th birthday Sunday

A 90th birthday celebration for Abe Frey, brother of Elma Regier, Rosella Fleming and Elfrieda Phelps, will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Fredonia Senior Center, 629 N. Seventh St. in Fredonia.
