The Kansan - Newton, KS
  • Questioning the ACLU

    • email print
  • As is often the case, the ACLU is doing a bad thing with their claim of protecting convicted sex offenders. Such crimes are almost always against children or women, who have little ability to defend themselves. Further, sex offenders are by far the most likely to re-offend than any other class of criminal. The Kansas law should be upheld and strengthened, rather than weakened or abolished. Doing what the ACLU wants would be a crime in itself!
