I have gotten to know Barbara Bunting well while working with her for several years on Church committees. She works hard and gets things done; so, I strongly support her as our next State Representative.
As a friend and co-worker, I have seen her virtues: caring, open-minded, and knowledgeable. Barbara is dedicated to her Community, her faith, and her family. Her true passion is for educating our children to compete in a world where knowledge is a necessity.
Over the years, Barbara has been a drug and alcohol counselor, worked diligently for those with disabilities at Northview, served on a retirement center board and the Mid-Kansas Symphony and the Charles Olson Scholarship Boards plus many other community boards.
Even while doing all these activities, she has dedicated herself to her Church working on small and large projects. She is now serving as a Lector, Eucharistic Minister and on the Altar Society. Recently, she was doing the calligraphy on the Confirmation Certificates.
A person who dedicates herself to minor and major tasks and has served her Community in such a wide range of service is certainly the best qualified person to represent our District 72 in the House of Representatives.
