  • Organ concert Saturday
    Bethel College Mennonite Church invites the community to Raised to New Life - An organ and hymn festival celebrating the Lent and Easter season and the newly renovated pipe organ. at 3 p.m. April 19.
    Organist Christopher Shaw will perform works by Bach, Barber, Handel, Howells, and lead hymn-singing with organ introductions, interludes, and harmonizations. Shaw will be joined by Eleanor Kaufman, organ, Verlene Garber and Nancy Hilty, piano, Matthew Schloneger, tenor, and Rebecca Schloneger, violin. A freewill offering will be received to support the recent renovation of the chuch's 26-rank Mӧeller pipe organ by Dobson Organ Builders. A reception will follow.     Emaus Choir to sing tonight
    Emmaus Church Choir in rural Whitewater will perform "In My Place" on F at 9.m. tonight. All are welcome to join them as they lead us to the cross of Christ and the reality of what He did for each of us. The church is located at 9070 NW Meadowlark Rd, Whitewater.
    Church to host egg hunt
    Newton Christian Church, 210 Southport Drive, will host an Easter Egg Hunt at 11 a.m. Sunday. The church service times will change to 8 and 9:15 a.m
