Tabor (8-2) at Ottawa (8-2)
Ottawa downed Friends 38-28 last week, while Tabor downed Bethel 76-19. Ottawa moved up one spot in the NAIA poll to eighth. Tabor moved up two spots to 12th. Ottawa needs a win, coupled with a Kansas Wesleyan win over Sterling to clinch the KCAC's automatic bid to the NAIA playoffs. Tabor needs a win and to move up several spots to secure an at-large bid.
For Ottawa, Luke Lundy has 1,311 yards rushing, eighth in the NAIA. Michael Behr has 1,824 yards passing and 631 yards rushing. Jon Hilliger has 718 yards receiving. Tabor leads the NAIA in rushing offense with 3,345 yards. James Monroe has 1,421 yards rushing, sixth in the NAIA. Ryan Nelson has 738 yards passing. Scott Bauer has 419 yards receiving.
Sterling (8-2) at Kansas Wesleyan (4-6)
Sterling downed Southwestern 48-18 last week, while Kansas Wesleyan downed Saint Mary 27-14. Sterling moved up two spots in the NAIA rankings to 16th. A Sterling win wraps up an automatic berth in the NAIA playoffs with a win if the Warriors can stay in the top 20, because of a 30-18 win over Ottawa.
Sterling is led by Reggie Langford with 1,202 yards passing and 1,048 yards rushing. Dentton Hudspeth has 558 yards receiving. For Kansas Wesleyan, Trey Dallas has 2,616 yards passing, eighth in the NAIA in passing. Taylor Sachs has 1,442 yards rushing, fifth in the NAIA. Zach McClain has 980 yards receiving.
Friends (7-3) at Saint Mary (4-6)
Friends fell to Ottawa 38-28 last week, while Saint Mary fell to Kansas Wesleyan 27-14. Friends dropped three spots on the NAIA poll to a tie for 19th. The Falcons are deep on the bubble for an NAIA playoff berth. Friends can still win a share of the KCAC title if Sterling and Ottawa both lose, which also would trigger a complicated tie-breaking process between four teams to determine the conference's playoff berth.
For Friends, Thomas Hankerson has 1,465 yards rushing, third in the NAIA. Aaron Hansen has 1,109 yards passing, but has missed four games because of injury. Derek Racette has started the last two weeks at quarterback, and has 196 yards. Chris Allen has 741 receiving yards.
McPherson (4-6) at Southwestern (5-5)
Southwestern fell to Sterling 48-14 last week, while McPherson topped rival Bethany 37-7.
For Southwestern, Brady May has 1,600 yards passing. Spencer Pullen has 830 yards rushig. Joe Vargas has 589 yards receiver. For McPherson, Jordan Hoffman has 2,142 yards passing. Havelock Pomele has 401 yards rushing. Tremon Robinson has 774 yards receiving.
