  • HILLSDALE — An Osseo woman will be arraigned in Hillsdale County Circuit Court Monday after she was bound over from Hillsdale County District Court Wednesday.
Autumn Kristeen Deck, 20, is facing charges of second degree home invasion and possession of a controlled substance less than 25 grams stemming from an alleged theft from a home in July.
Deck, who is currently in the Hillsdale County Jail on an unrelated charge, appeared for an examination Wednesday where it was decided that the case would be bound over. Deck is accused of breaking into a home on Warner Street in Reading on or about July 23 and stealing items from inside.
Second degree home invasion is a felony that carries a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison. Bond for this case was set at $50,000 with 10 percent allowed, but Deck is still required to finish her sentence from the previous case.
Deck was sentenced to 257 days in jail with 56 days credit on Sept. 30 for violation of the terms of her probation. She was placed on probation for three years in March of this year after she pleaded to attempted fleeing of a police officer, third offense.
