William R. Miller, Augusta, pleaded no contest to a charge of disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, and a $150 fine. Jail days will be suspended on payment of fine and costs.

Qawn Montez McBride, McPherson, pleaded guilty to charges of stalking, criminal trespass and violation of protective order. McBride was sentenced to 24 months in jail and a $750 fine. McBride will be committed to jail for two days and granted a 12-month, supervised probation.

Qawn Montez McBride, McPherson, also pleaded guilty to charges of speeding and violation of protective order. McBride was sentenced to 12 months in jail and a $320 fine. McBride was committed to jail for five days and granted an immediate, 12-month, supervised probation.

Jermain T. Stockman, 801 S. Kansas, pleaded no contest to a charge of domestic battery. He was sentenced to six months in jail and a $200 fine. He will be committed to a batterer intervention program in lieu of jail and granted an immediate, 12-month, supervised probation.

Maria Parra, 202 W. Second St., pleaded guilty to charges of no drivers license and failure to yield at stop/yield sign. She was sentenced to five days in jail and a $225 fine. Jail days will be suspended on payment of fine and costs.

Terry M. Svitak, Wichita, pleaded no contest to charges of driving while habitual violator and obstruction of justice. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail and a $500 fine.
