    WHITEWATER — The Remington Broncos hit 12 of 16 free throws in the fourth quarter to hold off Oxford 42-38 Tuesday in non-league play in rural Whitewater.?Remington trailed 19-14 at the half and 26-25 after three quarters.?Caleb Tanner led Remington with 14 points.?Oxford, 12-8, was led by Derek Williams with 13 points, Alex Jones with 11 and Gage Burkes with 10.?Remington, 13-7, opens Class 3A sub-state play next week.
