  • A winter storm system emerging from the Rockie Mountains is starting to dump snow on Newton, as flurries started this morning. The system is expected to dump a mix of snow and ice throughout today and Thursday — driving conditions are expected to get dangerous."Slow down, please slow down," said Harvey County Sheriff T.
