A large turnout of St. John Tiger fans got their money's worth as they watched 1A St. John-Hudson knock heads with the #2 ranked in 6A Wichita South Titans in the championship finals of Pratt's Tournament of Champions Saturday, with both teams battling "tooth and toenail", the Tigers coming up just short, losing in overtine 24-26.

The #3 ranked in 1A (div. I ) Tigers gave just about all they had in a defensive effort which played more like a chess game with each team trying to figure out the other's weaknesses.
