  • Brenda M. Sterpin, 33 Roanoke Court, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving under the influence. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail and a $750 fine. She was committed to jail for two days and granted a 12-month, supervised probation.
    Steven D. Langwell, 1009 S. Kansas, Apt. 301, pleaded no contest to charges of driving under the influence and driving while suspended/revoked. He was sentenced to 12 months in jail and a $1,500 fine. He will be committed to jail for 30 days and granted a 12-month, supervised probation.
    Tracy L. Paige, 209 E. Third St., was sentenced to six months in jail and a $250 fine for a charge of driving while suspended/revoked. She will be committed to jail for 12 days and 18 days of house arrest. She will be granted a 12-month, supervised probation.
    Farrell J. Smith, 711 E. Seventh St., pleaded no contest to a charge of violation of protective order. He was sentenced to six months in jail and a $250 fine. He was granted an immediate, 12-month, supervised probation.
    Joseph M. Davis, 301 S.E. Fifth St., pleaded no contest to charges of theft of services and possession of stolen property. He was sentenced to 24 months in jail and a $500 fine. He will be committed to jail for five days and granted a 12-month, supervised probation.
    Brian A. Hernandez, Great Bend, pleaded guilty to a charge of drag racing, no drivers license, and speed unsafe for conditions. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail and a $215 fine.
    Travis L. Stubbs, 349 Victoria Court, pleaded no contest to charges of obstruction of justice, disorderly conduct, improper bike riding on roadway, and improper lamp equipment on bike. He was sentenced to 12 months, 30 days in jail and a $490 fine. He was committed to jail for two days and granted a 12-month, supervised probation.
    Jeremy R. Crites, 422 E. 10th St., pleaded guilty to charges of driving while a habitual violator and defective tail lamp. He was sentenced to 90 days in jail and a $295 fine. He will be committed to jail for five days and granted a 12-month, supervised probation.
    Crystal V. Granados, 1107 Boyd, Apt. C, pleaded guilty to charges of driving while suspended/revoked and failure to yield when turning left. A charge of no insurance was dismissed. She was sentenced to 30 days in jail and a $225 fine. Jail days will be suspended on payment of fine and costs.
