  • Newton Presbyterian Manor has announced the launch of its new website. The website is one of 16 websites recently unveiled by Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America for its retirement communities in Kansas and Missouri. Additionally, the corporate website, PresbyterianManors.org, features a refreshed design. Visitors to NewtonPresbyterianManor.org will be greeted with a bright, user-friendly site that offers a comprehensive view of Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America’s mission. The new website also offers easy access to industry-leading information regarding senior health and lifestyle solutions. “Our new site offers interactive tools, more photos of our active residents and our beautifully landscaped campus, and convenient ways to request more information, including easy sign-up for e-newsletters,” said Noelle Dickinson, marketing director/senior living counselor. “Even more importantly, the website is a valuable resource for seniors and families who have questions about the future.” In keeping with PMMA’s “Just Ask. Together, we’ll find the answers” message, viewers can learn about the main features of the new website by navigating its comprehensive menu to find detailed, helpful information. Viewers also can discover how PMMA has already transformed senior lifestyles in Kansas and Missouri through its resident-centered culture. The new website’s continually updated information will offer visitors opportunities to: • Learn about PMMA’s comprehensive retirement lifestyle continuum, from independent living and assisted living to long-term care. • Explore PMMA’s many services, including Post-Acute To Home (PATH) short-term rehabilitation, memory support for Alzheimer’s and dementia, home health care and hospice. • Meet the community’s leadership team, ask questions through the website’s interactive contact form or request a personalized tour. • Visitors may sign up for a digital newsletter delivered to their email in-box. • Job seekers may learn about current employment openings and apply for a position through the careers section of the new website. • Read testimonials from residents and articles about their interests and activities. • Catch a glimpse of PMMA’s inspiring programs, including its nationally recognized Art is Ageless initiative. • Discover cultural, recreational and educational opportunities in each PMMA community’s area. • Find links to local resources for older adults. In upholding Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America’s mission to “provide quality senior services guided by Christian values,” the new website will ultimately serve as a portal for helping families connect, creating partnerships within communities and rallying professional resources. The first Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America website debuted in September 2003, with the purpose of generating positive awareness about the benefits of aging — including exploring new pursuits and long-held passions. Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America Inc. is a not-for-profit, faith-based organization comprised of 18 affiliated senior living communities in Missouri and Kansas, with more than 2,100 employees serving approximately 2,500 residents. Newton Presbyterian Manor has been serving Harvey County and the surrounding area since 1949. It is a member of the nonprofit Presbyterian Manors of Mid-America network of 18 communities in Kansas and Missouri.
