The Rose Ensemble, which will perform at 7:30 p.m. today in the Hesston Mennonite Church sanctuary, gives an educational outreach program Thursday morning at Goessel High School. A variety of Goessel school students and adults listened to the program. Their performance and three-day area residency is the culminating event of the 2011-12 Hesston-Bethel Performing Arts series. The group also did educational outreach programs at Sunset Elementary School and Northridge Elementary School in Newton. They also did a combined Choral Master Class with Hesston College European Chorale and Bethel College Concert Choir. The group performs music from a variety of cultures.
