Chisholm Trail Center-Outlet & Retail Shops has announced Jordan Sports, locally owned and operated by Landon and Randy Jordan, will increase their retail space from 1,200 square feet to 4,500 square feet.
The new location will be on the west side of the mall between Carter’s and the Kansas Sports Hall of Fame Museum.
Jordan Sports will primarily be a screen printing and embroidery shop with an expanded line of products available on the website www.jordansportsks.com.
In addition to screen printing shirts and uniforms, Jordan Sports also will provide umpire uniforms and sports equipment.
Landon and his father Randy are coaches for local high school teams. As coaches, they saw a need for teams to get uniforms and equipment, which is what gave them the idea of starting their own business two years ago, a news release stated.
“With the Kansas Sports Hall of Fame Museum, All Sports, Golf USA, Full Throttle Hobbies, Homerun Taxidermy and Jordan Sports, the Chisholm Trail Center is becoming a destination for sports and hobby enthusiasts,” a news release stated
“As landlords, we are always looking for ways to assist our tenants,” said Debra Mitchell, director of marketing. “Jordan Sports has been in need of a larger space. With Jordan Sports’ expansion, a 1,200 square foot retail space has come available.”
