  • Featuring an appearance by Santa Claus along with hundreds of motorcycles, the 26th annual Toy Run will be at 1 p.m. Sunday, starting at the Chisholm Trail Center and and Retail Shops.

  • Featuring an appearance by Santa Claus along with hundreds of motorcycles, the 26th annual Toy Run will be at 1 p.m. Sunday, starting at the Chisholm Trail Center and and Retail Shops.
    Lineup for the run will be at noon. Buttons will be $2.
    The route will use Old 81 (now Main Street and K-15) through Newton.
    The ride will end at the Meridian Center, where a chili dinner will be served for $4, and a fund-raising auction will be conducted.
    To donate new items to the auction, take them to Those Blasted Signs, 302 N. Main.
    All toys and funds collected by the event will be donated to The Salvation Army.
    The event is sponsored by Biker’s Edge, Chisholm Trail Center and and Retail Shops and the American Legion Riders Post No. 2 of Newton.
