The Remington High School volleyball team finished 3-3 Saturday at the Douglass Invitational.

Remington opened with a 25-13, 25-13 win over El Dorado. Quin Tillotson had 16 good attacks with nine kills and 12 total blocks. Mandy McNeill had 13 assists and was 24 of 24 serving with four aces. Madison Janzen had 15 good sets with five assists.

Remington then beat Leon-Bluestem 25-10, 25-10. Nicole Minder was 13 of 13 serving with two aces. Lauren Berg had six good attacks and two kills. Jessi Green was eight of eight serving with three aces. Chelsea Coats had 16 good passes.

The Broncos lost to Wichita Trinity Academy 25-19, 25-18. Green had 21 good attacks with three kills. Emma Hilgenfeld had 10 total blocks and 10 good attacks. Coats had 20 good passes and was 100 percent serving. Tillotson was nine of nine serving.

Remington beat Conway Springs 25-10, 25-21. Tillotson had 10 good attacks with eight kills. Hilgenfeld had 13 good attacks with three kills. Janzen had 11 good attacks with two kills. Berg had eight good attacks, and McNeill was 13 of 13 serving with two aces. Minder was nine of nine serving.

Remington then fell to Garden Plain 23-25, 25-21, 26-24. Tillotson had 18 total blocks, downing seven, and was 18 of 19 serving. Minder had 11 total blocks. Green had 32 good attacks with nine kills. Hilgenfeld had 19 total blocks, downing five. Janzen was 15 of 15 serving. Berg had nine good attacks and 11 blocks.

The Broncos ended the day falling to Douglass 25-17, 25-23. Tillotson had 12 total blocks and 11 good attacks. Minder went 15 of 15 serving. Coats had 18 good passes. McNeill was 10 of 10 serving with two aces.

Green was named to the all-tournament team.

Remington is 20-5. The Broncos finish out Heart of America League play today at Berean Academy.
