Aliana Segura, 5, was chosen as a state finalist in the National American Miss Kansas Pageant, which was July 17 at the Hyatt Regency in Wichita.


Aliana Segura, 5, was chosen as a state finalist in the National American Miss Kansas Pageant, which was July 17 at the Hyatt Regency in Wichita.
The National American Miss pag-eants are for girls ages 4 through 18 and have five divisions. Segura participated in the Princess age division, along with other youth from Kansas.
She is the daughter of Andrea Chavez and Hector Segura.
Segura’s activities include instructional tap, ballet and hip hop classes and T-ball. She also enjoys being outdoors, computers, playing dress-up and riding the horses at Grandpa and Nana’s farm.
Her sponsors include Raine’s, Rohr Jewelry, Vox Creatives, Dr. Charles M. Craig, Fuqua Insurance, Chuck’s Familia, Heinze Insuance, her parents, Hair Cutting Co., grandparents and Nana.
