Dr. Jules Glanzer announced the hiring of Jim Paulus as the next vice president for student life at Tabor College.
Paulus, a 1994 Tabor alum with a bachelor of arts degree, also holds a master of science from California Baptist University in Riverside, Calif. He comes to Tabor most recently as a counselor and the director of disability services for California Baptist. It is a position he has held since 2004.
“I am delighted that Jim Paulus has accepted our invitation to lead Student Life at Tabor. I was impressed with his ability to connect with people and his understanding of the issues of student life on a small college campus,” Glanzer said in a news release. “Because of his previous experience with Tabor, he understands us and fits us well.”
In accepting the post, Paulus noted with excitement the upcoming opportunity.
“My wife and I are looking forward to returning to campus, as Tabor greatly impacted both of our lives,” he said in a news release.
“I am excited to once again be a part of the Tabor community and its mission in preparing students for what God has called them to.”
