The Annual 4-H Junior Leader Burrito/Taco sale is just around the corner on March 5. This event helps raise funds for junior leader activities.
Junior leaders are older 4-H members who are ready to take on and develop leadership skills.
Junior leaders serve as project leaders within their clubs, help organize and manage the annual summer day camp, serve as camp counselors and occupy several other leadership positions.
Participating in this fund raiser gives them the opportunity to develop skills in organization, public speaking, money management and adhering to a deadline.
In return, the public gets the opportunity to support our local youth and purchase some delicious burritos.
If you know older 4-H’ers, you can contact them to place an order or contact the office to place your order.
Orders are being taken until March 2 with pick up  from 11 a.m. and  1 p.m. March 5 at the 4-H Building. Hopefully, you will take advantage of this opportunity to support these future leaders.
