This production is modeled after the famous camp-style USO shows that have been presented to active troops since 1941 and became widely known through the efforts of actor/comedian Bob Hope.
This  variety show will feature the talents and creativity of Halstead High School students, faculty, and area celebrities.
The presentation will feature music, humor and performances from all the major engagements since USO shows began, will honor veterans and active duty troops, and will be a patriotic celebration, a news release said.
