You’ll get a whirlwind tour of North America without leaving the Hillsboro city limits at the next session of Learning in Retirement planned for Monday.

Hank Wiebe of Hillsboro, who, along with his wife, Lynn, manage Prudent Tours, will share highlights from some of the most popular tours that are taken each year.

Prudent Tours annually books 45 to 50 tours, and this year will visit every state in the mainland. Wiebe is a 1979 Tabor College graduate. Daughter Greta is a junior at Tabor.

The programs are in the lobby of the Wohlgemuth Music Education Center and begin at 9:45 a.m. Registration for the entire series of presentations is $15 per semester for an individual or $29 per couple. Those who wish to only attend a few sessions, admission is $4.

Participants also will be able to take in lunch in the cafeteria following the program for a discounted price. An additional fee of $3.75 will be charged for those who wish to partake.
