The Newton Downtown Car Show 2010 would like to thank all the sponsors, businesses and the volunteers that made this year’s car show an outstanding success.

The Newton Downtown Car Show 2010 would like to thank all the sponsors, businesses and the volunteers that made this year’s car show an outstanding success.
It takes four things to make a car show this big happen — cool cars and motorcycles, good weather, a massive crowd and local sponsorship.
We had all four at the NDCS. More than 240 cars from five states and across the Kansas area made this show the biggest we’ve ever had!
The weather was perfect!  The number of visitors to the show was officially estimated at between 8,000 and 9,000!
That leaves the most important part of the car show recipe, and that is our local sponsors and supporters.
Those are the folks who helped produce one of Kansas’ finest and one of the best car shows in the Midwest! I guess that makes the Newton Downtown Car Show the biggest and most-attended event in downtown Newton.
The community should be proud to offer this attraction. It will only get bigger and better in the future!
Don’t miss next year’s “Lucky 7” Car Show.
