Currently we have two lines available for inbound calls. However, customers are unable to be transferred, and cannot leave messages.
The problem also impacts anyone calling in to the Kansan’s “Voices” line. We recommend that you send an email to us at email@example.com and put "Voices" as the subject line.
The Kansan fax line remains operational.
A regionally-based technician is working on a solution to the problem.
