The Centre High School boys’ basketball team closed out play in the final Eisenhower League tournament with a 72-57 win over Wakefield Saturday in Solomon.

Centre led 38-19 at the half.

Brian Burhoop led Centre with 25 points. Trevor Troutt scored 14 and Tanner Brunner scored 10.

Brandon Munger scored 24 points for Wakefield, 9-3. John Williams added 19 points.

Centre is 7-5 and plays today at Manhattan Flint Hills Christian.
