 The Kiwanis Club of Newton serves up its 15th annual Pancake Festival from 7 a.m. to 7:30 p.m . Feb. 6 at the Newton Recreation Center,  415 North Poplar in Newton.Tickets include all of the pancakes you can eat plus two sausage links. Milk, orange juice and extra sausages are .50 cents. Advance tickets for adults are $5.00 and $3.00 for children under 12. Children three and younger eat free. At the door tickets are $1 higher, respectively.  All proceeds...
