In the early morning hours of Oct. 12, a COX truck traveling on Dutch Ave lost control and hit a bridge guard rail. The rail impaled the truck causing the truck to flip over and go down into Sand Creek. The driver died as a result of the accident.  The 20 year old driver of the vehicle died at the scene of the accident. Through the course of the investigation it had been determined the COX truck had been stolen out of Hutch
