Thanks to mild temperatures even in late fall, local children are continuing to ride their bikes to school. Earlier this week, Healthy Harvey Coalition coordinator Lorrie Kessler counted at least 30 bikes parked one day at Santa Fe 5/6 Center.While Kessler is glad to see children taking an opportunity to exercise, she said it's also important for children to ride responsibly and safely."People don't realize that bikes have the same rules as cars do," she said.
