Clifford and Linda Shipley of Hutchinson observed their 50th wedding anniversary Friday.
Clifford Shipley and Linda M. Frantz were married March 5, 1960, at the home of her parents, Peter and Esther Frantz, in North Newton.
Since that time, they have resided in Hutchinson.
Clifford worked for the city of Hutchinson Engineering Department for 33 years, and Linda for The Hutchinson News for 30 years. They are retired.
Their children are Mark Shipley of South Hutchinson and Kenneth Shipley of Hutchinson.
